In this role, you will play a key part in...
• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for specialized Optometry and Audiology profiles
• Identifying, attracting, and engaging talent in a highly specialized and constantly evolving field
• Building strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders, ensuring a distinctive recruitment experience
• Using data and insights to support decision-making, improve processes, and generate business impact
• Participating in events that promote employer branding and the attractiveness of these profiles
Who we are looking for...
• Higher education degree
• Experience in specialized recruitment, preferably in healthcare, optical retail, or audiology
• Genuine interest in innovation and new approaches to talent identification
• Excellent communication skills, autonomy, and results orientation
