We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Non-Food Commercial Directorate team in Matosinhos, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!

Your mission will be to lead cross-functional projects focused on the development and implementation of new business concepts, overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from defining and validating the value proposition through to decision-making, pilot implementation, and large-scale rollout and growth.

We count on you to...

  • Lead transformational projects involving the development and implementation of new business concepts;
  • Identify and validate new business opportunities, market trends, and potential segments to enhance the value proposition/business concept, as well as develop and validate value propositions for new concepts;
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders from other departments (e.g., Marketing, Operations, Store Design, Customer, among others);
  • Define pilot implementation plans, ensuring effective management of scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources;
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams throughout all project phases;
  • Monitor project execution (pilot and rollout), ensuring effective implementation aligned with the defined objectives;
  • Track performance indicators, analyze results, capture key learnings, and support decision-making regarding project evolution;
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and a test-and-learn approach.

 

So, bring with you...

  • University degree;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management;
  • Experience managing transformation projects and launching new concepts, products, or services;
  • Strong commercial drive and business orientation;
  • Experience in retail and store operations will be valued;
  • Experience in transformation, innovation, business development, or commercial acceleration environments will be considered an asset;
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and KPIs;
  • Structured thinking, planning skills, and results-oriented mindset;
  • Test-and-learn mentality, curiosity, and creativity in problem-solving;
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills across different stakeholders.
