We are looking for a Tech Domain Lead to join our Health & Beauty (Wells) team, and we believe we'll be #betterwithyou!

We count on you to...

• Be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of H&B e-commerce products, ensuring architectural consistency;
• Coordinate planning and estimations, while ensuring technical alignment across teams and Tech Leads within the domain;
• Lead the domain's technical strategy in close partnership with the Tech Stream Lead (TSL);
• Manage the technical roadmap alongside business initiatives, translating business goals into technical solutions;
• Promote the adoption of guidelines, standards, and best practices in architecture, engineering, and quality, ensuring excellence in product and project delivery;
• Balance technical development with people management (Tech Leads, Developers, and QAs) and process management;
• Promote and ensure the adoption of the DevOps model across domain teams, with full ownership of the product lifecycle (development, quality, release, and operations);
• Contribute to the evolution of the Health & Beauty domain as a whole, including Wells e-commerce, Headless Commerce initiatives, and the Ship from Store program.

What you'll bring with you...

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field;
• Previous experience as a Senior Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, Tech Domain Lead, or similar role, leading multiple technical teams;
• Strong background in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFRA) and knowledge of React within headless architectures;
• Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce OMS, and Data 360 is considered a plus;
• Solid experience in estimation, prioritization, planning, blocker removal, and managing multiple development teams;
• Ability to identify, communicate, and manage implementation risks;
• Strong analytical mindset, sound decision-making skills, and a continuous improvement approach;
• Empathy, assertiveness, and excellent communication skills with technical, functional, and business stakeholders;
• AI-related competencies and an interest in AI-assisted development models (SDLC.AI);
• Availability to work within a DevOps operating model, including participation in on-call rotations.
