We are looking for an Expert Tech Lead to join our Corporate Tech team at MC Digital. We believe we will be #betterwithyou.

 

You will be responsible for…
• Ensuring that developed solutions support technological transformation and the evolution of digital products.
• Supporting the execution of the tech transformation initiative, bringing a broad technical vision and the ability to simplify complexity.
• Promoting consistent engineering practices and supporting teams in adopting new approaches, contributing to the continuous evolution of products.
• Working closely with product teams on the definition and implementation of solutions, helping to unblock technical issues and guiding critical decisions.
• Acting as a bridge between technology, product, and business, ensuring clear alignment between functional needs and technical solutions.
• Working closely with vendors, ensuring the identification, discussion, and validation of technical requirements.
• Evaluating technological solutions, including SaaS, ensuring alignment with business needs and MC Digital’s technology vision.
• Ensuring alignment between technical decisions, business objectives, and product vision.
• Contributing to the development of internal capabilities, empowering teams to work with modern technologies and more robust architectures.
• Ensuring delivered solutions are scalable, efficient, and sustainable in the long term.

 

So, bring with you…
• A degree in Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Solid experience (~10 years) in software development.
• Ability to take on a technical leadership role, ensuring architectural alignment and close connection to the business context.
• Strong skills in defining scalable solutions and providing technical guidance to teams.
• Proficiency in object-oriented languages, particularly Java and .NET.
• Ability to understand and collaborate on projects involving OutSystems.
• Front-end development experience with React.js.
• Strong knowledge of event-driven architectures and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and integration with identity systems such as Entra ID.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and using Git in collaborative environments.
• Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably GCP or Azure.
• Knowledge of observability tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience working with vendors and managing technical alignment.
• A proactive profile, with initiative and autonomy.
• Ability to listen, integrate feedback, and collaborate constructively.
• High sense of responsibility, ensuring rigorous and high-quality execution.
• Skills in Artificial Intelligence.
