We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our  to our Endless team – the Retail Media business of MC, based in Carnaxide – and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou.

We count on you to...

  • Drive business growth: Manage a dynamic portfolio of brands, building close relationships and identifying how Endless can boost each client’s business;
  • Deliver excellence: Manage day-to-day account operations with agility, ensuring flawless execution and that objectives are met with strong operational rigour;
  • Support brand growth: Create integrated plans that help brands of different sizes gain visibility and relevance across the entire purchase funnel;
  • Turn data into value: Develop reports and presentations with a critical perspective, demonstrating to partners the direct impact of our work on their results;
  • Decode success: Analyse digital and sales metrics to measure performance and suggest continuous improvements;
  • Play as a team: Collaborate actively with other portfolio managers to share best practices and grow together.

 

So, bring with you...

  • The foundation: Degree in Management or Marketing (and curiosity to master the Retail Media ecosystem);
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: A dynamic, hands-on profile with a drive to help both small and large businesses grow;
  • Empathy & client focus: Genuine interest in building relationships, ability to understand partner needs and motivation to exceed targets;
  • Experience (even if early-stage!): Around 1 year of experience in sales, account management or marketing is valued;
  • Positive attitude: Energetic, organised and proactive personality;
  • Critical thinking: Ability to structure logical reasoning, create clear presentations and analyse performance indicators.
