We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our to our Endless team – the Retail Media business of MC, based in Carnaxide – and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou.
You will join a team whose mission is to strengthen and develop the sales vision and strategy in the media area, focusing on growing the business with our main partners, whether media agencies or some of our most relevant clients.

Manage a dynamic brand portfolio, building direct relationships with Clients and prospecting new business opportunities;

Oversee daily account management and ensure overall quality of delivery, while maintaining operational rigour in monitoring performance indicators and sales targets;

Develop integrated strategic plans for brand communication across the entire customer journey funnel, including pitching seasonal moments and product launches;
-
Prepare presentations, reports and critical performance analyses for clients, including digital and sales metrics analysis to measure performance;

Work collaboratively with team members involved in managing the portfolio.

A higher education degree, preferably in Management, Marketing or Advertising;

Experience in the FMCG sector is a plus;
-
Strong interest in client relationship management and motivation to achieve objectives;

Experience in sales and operations management, as well as in developing sales strategies and communication plans, is valued;

Results- and target-oriented mindset: persistent, energetic, outgoing and highly motivated, with a proven track record of delivering results;
-
Excellent negotiation skills to achieve successful outcomes.
