We are looking for a Product Manager to join the Merchandising team at MC Digital, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!

 

We are responsible for managing and evolving more than 40 products that serve both our internal commercial teams and our in-store customers (physical and online) — covering areas such as Product, Quality, Price and Promotion, as well as Purchasing, Planning and store operations.

 

We are looking for someone with a strong problem- and impact-oriented mindset — capable of defining product strategy autonomously, working rigorously in ambiguous environments, and who believes that artificial intelligence is changing the way products evolve.

 

 We count on you...

  • Manage and evolve one or more products within our Merchandising area, with autonomy and direct impact on the business;
  • Identify and lead opportunities to apply artificial intelligence to accelerate processes, reduce friction and create competitive advantage;
  • Work side by side with business owners to transform complex challenges into product solutions that create value;
  • Define product strategy across the short, medium and long term, including decisions on evolution, discontinuation or replacement;
  • Navigate ambiguity with structure — align and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, collaborate with internal teams, prioritise effectively and deliver even when the path is not fully defined;
  • Act as a driver of change, both in adopting a value-driven approach and in leveraging AI to accelerate that journey.

 

So, bring with you...

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in roles such as Product Manager, Consulting or similar, with real product responsibility — in high-demand environments such as tech companies, start-ups or other product-driven organisations;
  • Genuine interest in artificial intelligence, with real examples of its application to streamline day-to-day work and a desire to apply it practically in product development;
  • Structured thinking, clear communication and the ability to influence without formal authority;
  • Agile methodologies as a means, not an end;
  • Strong learning agility and systems thinking — acting with initiative and a focus on value creation;
  • Previous experience in retail (a plus).
