What are we looking for?

A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (M/F) to join our SOHI team in SANTARÉM, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou.

What will your day look like?

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial production machinery and equipment;
• Work on mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, industrial refrigeration, and automation systems;
• Carry out maintenance and inspections of technical areas and material-handling equipment;
• Identify and diagnose faults, contributing to their quick and effective resolution;
• Ensure compliance with technical procedures and standards, with particular attention to health, safety, and environmental regulations;
• Contribute to the optimisation of equipment, resources, and service quality;
• Work closely with the team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

• Technical or vocational training in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Refrigeration, or related fields;
• Knowledge and/or experience in electrical and mechanical systems;
• Knowledge or experience in automation will be considered an advantage;
• Availability to work rotating shifts;
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills;
• Organisation, autonomy, and a strong sense of responsibility;
• Ability to work as part of a team and manage different priorities;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
