A LINE LEADER INTAKE (M/F) to join our SOHI team in Santarém, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou.

... what will your day look like?

• Ensure compliance with Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Hygiene Practices on the production line;
• Control the receipt of raw materials, the operation of the teams and the correct use of the equipment available to you;
• Provide training to teams and ensure compliance with internal procedures;
• Monitor and improve productivity, promoting Continuous Improvement.

• Minimum educational qualification of 12th grade or relevant experience in the role;
• Availability to work Shift 1 and Shift 2 (07:00–16:00 / 16:00–01:00);
• User-level knowledge of IT, MS Office and ERP systems;
• English language skills;
• Goal-oriented, with a high level of responsibility;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Critical thinking and analytical skills;
• Team management skills.
