We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Strategic Planning team, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!

 

This person’s mission will be to challenge the organization and support the definition of its strategy with disruptive solutions, participating in key projects that can redesign the company’s future; mobilize the organization around strategic direction, monitoring its execution, and managing relationships with various stakeholders throughout the year.

  • Participate in transformative projects and strategic discussions, involving conceptualization, debate, and development of recommendations;
  • Prepare and present insights, proposals, and results to the Executive Committee and Board;
  • Analyze market trends and track strategic directions of competitors, international benchmarks, and other industries;
  • Monitor the progress of strategic direction implementation, challenging and mobilizing the organization around these priorities;
  • Prepare key moments of strategy communication with all relevant stakeholders, from management team meetings to broader sessions within the organization and shareholder relations.

 

So, bring with you...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, or Finance (preferred) – these areas provide a solid foundation in financial analysis, macroeconomics, and strategic management, essential knowledge for developing and implementing effective business strategies.
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in consulting, investment banking, or strategy teams in a corporate environment – practical skills in analysis and problem-solving in high-pressure, complex contexts are essential for understanding business dynamics and effectively working on strategic projects, bringing practical insight and market knowledge crucial for formulating and implementing high-impact strategies.
  • Experience interacting with senior stakeholders – presenting insights and recommendations to executives and board members is frequent.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) – document production is in English, and interactions with non-Portuguese-speaking stakeholders may be necessary.
  • Strategic thinking, with the ability to structure, conduct, and present analyses, breaking down complex problems into smaller parts – the role requires solving complex, multifaceted problems, and strategic thinking is essential for breaking down these problems and building well-structured, effective solutions.
  • Ability and enthusiasm to communicate ideas effectively, simply, and logically, both verbally and in writing, to diverse audiences – clear and persuasive communication with various stakeholders is crucial.
  • Strong adaptability and comfort in an uncertain environment – the ability to adapt analyses and strategies is essential for quickly responding to new information and market changes.
  • Curiosity, determination, and persistence – a proactive attitude to explore new ideas, question assumptions, and seek the best solution for each problem.
