We are looking for a People Generalist for our Logistics team at the Warehouse in Maia, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!
We count on you to...
- Manage and monitor recruitment and selection processes;
- Ensure HR administrative processes (contracts, cards, time management, and other tasks) related to temporary work;
- Implement and follow up on training plans, ensuring their execution on the ground;
- Support team well-being and promote a positive work environment;
- Ensure compliance with HR procedures at the warehouse, maintaining close proximity to operations.

- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or similar fields;
- Previous experience in HR roles (experience in temporary work context is valued);
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (intermediate level);
- Knowledge of PowerPoint with the ability to develop presentations (valued);
- English knowledge (intermediate level);
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Organization, proactivity, and attention to detail;
- Availability for on-site work.
