• Manage and monitor recruitment and selection processes;
• Ensure HR administrative processes (contracts, cards, time management, and other tasks) related to temporary work;
• Implement and follow up on training plans, ensuring their execution on the ground;
• Support team well-being and promote a positive work environment;
• Ensure compliance with HR procedures at the warehouse, maintaining close proximity to operations.

So, bring with you...

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or similar fields;
• Previous experience in HR roles (experience in temporary work context is valued);
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (intermediate level);
• Knowledge of PowerPoint with the ability to develop presentations (valued);
• English knowledge (intermediate level);
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Organization, proactivity, and attention to detail;
• Availability for on-site work.
