We are looking for a Stock Analyst to join our e-commerce team, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!
We count on you to…
• Ensure the procurement of a range of items, guaranteeing efficient stock management;
• Analyse management indicators daily and make decisions accordingly;
• Ensure interface with the various stakeholders in the supply chain (commercial team, suppliers, logistics, stores);
• Plan and ensure the supply of online store;
• Manage the regular restocking of online store;
• Contact directly with Operations.

• Academic background in Management, Applied Mathematics/Statistics or Engineering – to ensure a strong foundation in quantitative reasoning and analytical thinking;
• Previous experience in stock management, planning, procurement, or data analysis – to understand logistics flows and anticipate operational needs;
• Proficiency in Excel – to independently and efficiently process and analyse large volumes of data;
• Attention to detail – to ensure accuracy in stock analysis, identify data discrepancies, and make correct supply decisions;
• Analytical, planning and problem-solving skills – to interpret trends, forecast behaviours, and make data-driven decisions;
• Dynamism and communication skills – to effectively interact with different stakeholders and respond to changing scenarios;
• Critical thinking and decision-making – to evaluate alternatives and propose well-grounded solutions;
• Priority management – to act effectively in dynamic environments with set deadlines;
• Proficiency in English.
