We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst & Advisor to join our Assortment Analytics team within the Strategy Department at MC, based in Matosinhos, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!
You’ll be joining a team that works in partnership with commercial and operations departments, supporting MC in the development of customer-focused assortments and in streamlining and standardizing the assortment review and maintenance processes.

Support the definition of product category strategies;

Assist teams across various commercial areas in the decision-making process;

Anticipate and interpret market trends and generate insights;

Develop and monitor management indicators (e.g., sales, margin, market share);

Communicate/share analytical solutions with different stakeholders and implement improvements as needed.

A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, preferably in Economics, Management, or Engineering;
-
At least 2 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in retail, FMCG, or consulting;
-
Knowledge of Python, SQL, and/or Microstrategy/Power BI is a plus;
-
Familiarity with retail business concepts will be valued;
-
Strong organizational and communication skills;
-
Stakeholder management abilities;
-
Critical thinking;
-
Analytical mindset.
