We count on you to...
- Identifying and challenging management with new opportunities that align with MC’s ambitions and accelerate its growth strategy;
- Coordinating and preparing investment presentations for M&A opportunities, partnerships, or corporate finance projects, leading discussions with management;
- Overseeing financial and valuation analysis of companies, including the development of business plans, analysis of potential deal structures, and the execution of valuation exercises;
- Managing the due diligence process of various transactions, such as acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and mergers;
- Supporting the management of MC’s corporate partnerships and exploring new opportunities for joint value creation by coordinating multiple stakeholders.
 
So, bring with you...
- At least 3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or strategic consulting;
- Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and/or corporate finance;
- Critical thinking, proactivity, and the ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholders;
- An analytical and numerical mindset, with a strong understanding of corporate finance and the ability to challenge the business beyond financial aspects;
- Excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English, with the ability to structure and convey ideas and insights clearly and logically;
- A strong team-oriented approach and the ability to work effectively with colleagues across multiple roles and divisions.
