We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Operations Development team, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou

Your mission will be to contribute to the continuous improvement and transformation of Operations, through process optimization and the application of digital solutions with business impact.

You will be responsible for…

• Analyzing in-store processes (“in loco”), identifying opportunities for operational and technological improvement;
• Designing solutions and assessing the impact and benefits of proposed initiatives;
• Identifying and implementing opportunities for digitalization and the application of technologies (including Artificial Intelligence) in process optimization;
• Aligning and coordinating developments with different stakeholders (Operations, MC Digital, Commercial, Logistics, among others);
• Monitoring and ensuring end-to-end project implementation;
• Consolidating initiatives and analyzing results, ensuring value creation.

What we expect from you…

• Degree in Management, Economics, or similar fields;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in strategy consulting, management, or project management;
• Experience in coordinating and executing projects with tight deadlines;
• Strong structured, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with a focus on problem-solving and value creation;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with different stakeholders;
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
• Experience or exposure to digital solutions and Artificial Intelligence applied to business, particularly in process optimization, data analysis, or decision support;
• Use of digital tools (e.g., automation, analytics, copilots) to support project management and operational efficiency.
