We are looking for a Operations Business Analyst to join our Q-Commerce team, in Matosinhos, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!

You will be responsible for designing and supporting an operation capable of meeting the growing demand for the service.

We count on you to...

• Defining, analyzing, and acting on weekly KPIs, ensuring that underperforming stores recover quickly;

• Ensuring maximum engagement from operational service managers (both internal and external stakeholders);

• Systematizing key topics for discussion in weekly meetings with external partners;

• Managing the expansion process of the store network with the service;

• Critically assessing store processes, ensuring the rollout of new functionalities;

• Participating in the redefinition of the Q-Commerce support model;

• Measuring the return on marketing asset investments within Q-Commerce platforms.

So, bring with you...

• A university degree, preferably in Management, Economics, or Engineering;

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in roles relevant to this position;

• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint;

• A practical and applicable understanding of retail operations, adding value to the understanding of store operation processes;

• Strong analytical skills – ability to track and create analyses, generate insights and recommendations;

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

• Critical and structured thinking;

• Knowledge of query languages (e.g., SQL) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, MicroStrategy, Tableau) is a plus.
