You will be responsible for designing and supporting an operation capable of meeting the growing demand for the service.

Defining, analyzing, and acting on weekly KPIs, ensuring that underperforming stores recover quickly;

Ensuring maximum engagement from operational service managers (both internal and external stakeholders);
-
Systematizing key topics for discussion in weekly meetings with external partners;
-
Managing the expansion process of the store network with the service;
-
Critically assessing store processes, ensuring the rollout of new functionalities;
-
Participating in the redefinition of the Q-Commerce support model;

Measuring the return on marketing asset investments within Q-Commerce platforms.

A university degree, preferably in Management, Economics, or Engineering;

A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in roles relevant to this position;
-
Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint;

A practical and applicable understanding of retail operations, adding value to the understanding of store operation processes;
-
Strong analytical skills – ability to track and create analyses, generate insights and recommendations;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
-
Critical and structured thinking;
-
Knowledge of query languages (e.g., SQL) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, MicroStrategy, Tableau) is a plus.
