Plan and carry out internal audits from A to Z (from defining the scope to preparing reports), ensuring rigor and quality at every stage;
-
Map, analyze, and redesign business process flows, because efficiency is your middle name;
-
Identify, analyze, and manage risks and opportunities, adding value through a critical and process-oriented vision;
-
Assess and redesign effective internal controls, because you know prevention is always better than cure;
-
Automate internal processes, use analytics tools and/or artificial intelligence, because innovation is part of your DNA;
-
Prepare and communicate audit results clearly and impactfully, because your recommendations make a difference and you present them to drive action.

Experience in the world of auditing or retail — and if you have both, even better, because you know how they work and how they should evolve;

Excel as your second language, and Power BI or other Analytics and/or AI tools, because you know how to extract the best value from data;

Analytical thinking, critical spirit, and a restless mind that won’t stop until it finds solutions;
-
Assertive communication and a good dose of empathy and resilience — because working with people is just as important as working with numbers and processes;
