We are looking for Internal Audit Analyst to join our team in Matosinhos, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!

We count on you to...

• Conducting audits of critical business processes;
• Identifying controls and/or improvements to be implemented to reduce risk;
• Preparing final audit reports;
• Monitoring the implementation of action plans defined by the audited area;
• Reporting audit results and the progress of defined actions;
• Occasional participation in business projects, such as new products/services/systems, to identify risks and recommend controls.

So, bring with you:

• Bachelor's degree in Audit, Economics, Management, Accounting, or similar – Essential to ensure a solid knowledge base in key areas of auditing and financial management.
• Previous experience in auditing (preferable) – Important for bringing practical understanding of auditing processes and methodologies, speeding up adaptation to the role.
• Strong knowledge of Excel – Fundamental for data analysis and creating efficient and accurate reports, essential for auditing work.
• Strong analytical skills – Important for identifying patterns, trends, and risks, allowing for in-depth audits and proposing effective improvements.
• Attention to detail and ability to synthesize – Important to ensure accuracy in conclusions and clarity in communicating reports and recommendations.
• Good verbal and written communication skills – Essential to clearly and effectively communicate audit results, promoting understanding and action from the audited teams.
• Proactivity, critical thinking, and team spirit – Important for identifying and solving problems proactively, as well as collaborating effectively with different areas and teams.
