We are searching for a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join our People team, and we truly believe we will be #betterwithyou!

 

We count on you to…

  • Prepare and develop data analysis models for salary benchmarking and/or positioning of HR policies;

  • Prepare and develop benchmarking tools;

  • Develop the benefits plan and related processes, including partner and employee management and interaction;

  • Ensure the operational functioning of existing platforms and protocols;

  • Keep benchmarks on market best practices updated;

  • Contribute to the eNPS of Compensation & Benefits programs;

  • Monitor performance indicators in the Compensation & Benefits area;

  • Manage and ensure the development of employee social support programs;

  • Create creative presentations and reports on the area’s activities.

 

Bring with you…

  • Higher education in Management, Economics, or similar areas (particularly with analytical skills);

  • 1–2 years of experience in people management / compensation & benefits;

  • Advanced Excel knowledge (mandatory);

  • Good knowledge of English (preferred);

  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills;

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Proactivity, dynamism, and versatility;

  • Strong planning, initiative, and organizational skills.
