We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Retail Media team, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!
We count on you to…
- Cross-Functional Performance Monitoring: Assess the overall business performance (including Sales, Pricing, and Measurement), while conducting complementary analyses across specific business verticals such as Customers, Products, or Business Reviews;
- Dashboard Development and Enhancement: Design, implement, maintain, and continuously improve analytical dashboards and performance reports that support the day-to-day decision-making of operational, commercial, and leadership teams;
- Continuous Business Analysis: Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to develop forecasts and ad hoc analyses by transforming available business data and metrics into actionable insights that support informed decision-making;
- Insight Generation: Proactively develop and propose studies, trend analyses, and commercial and pricing strategies that create value, anticipate business needs, or reduce performance gaps, contributing to the achievement of business objectives;
- Networking and Cross-Functional Synergies: Build and actively foster an internal and external knowledge-sharing network, collaborating directly with analytical teams across MC and external industry professionals to enrich analyses and generate deeper insights.

- Academic Qualifications: Master's degree in Management, Economics, or Industrial Engineering and Management;
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in business analytical roles (Business Intelligence, Consulting, Strategic Planning, or Business Analysis), preferably within the Media, Retail, E-commerce, or FMCG sectors;
- Analytical Rigor and Critical Thinking: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy, ensuring that all analyses are based on robust methodologies and validated through multiple perspectives;
- Proactivity and Impact Orientation: Self-starter mindset with the ability to identify business asymmetries or new value opportunities without constant guidance, proposing practical and effective solutions;
- Storytelling and Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data into structured, clear, and engaging presentations, communicating confidently and effectively with both technical teams and senior stakeholders;
- Technical Expertise: Advanced hands-on experience in building dashboards using data visualization tools (preferably Power BI), strong analytical proficiency in Excel, and experience working with databases and SQL. Knowledge and experience in the use of AI tools will be considered an advantage;
- Availability to travel between the Porto and Lisbon offices for meetings with the team and clients.
