We are looking for a Business Analyst, with strong analytical capability and ambition to grow, to join the Strategy & BI team within the Operations Development Directorate, based in Matosinhos, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou.

We count on you to…

• Leverage critical store operations indicators to identify opportunities through trends, patterns and optimisation potential;

• Challenge and contribute to the strategic development of operations through structured, analytically grounded approaches;

• Monitor and analyse the Directorate’s P&L and support budget preparation and control;

• Develop analytical models, dashboards and reports to support decision-making;

• Propose and implement analytical solutions powered by artificial intelligence models, promoting a culture of innovation and operational excellence;

• Support the development and adoption of new BI and Analytics technological tools;

• Identify and shape opportunities for store operations teams to achieve exceptional results, collaborating on strategic projects across different MC areas.

So, bring with you…

• A higher education degree in Engineering, Management, Mathematics, Statistics or Economics;

• Strong analytical skills — ability to conduct analyses, generate insights and provide recommendations;

• Experience with BI tools (e.g. MicroStrategy, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and data analysis tools (e.g. SQL, Python, advanced Excel);

• Knowledge of management control and experience using ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Primavera, Oracle) will be valued;

• Structured, critical and results-oriented thinking;

• Proactivity, intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn and innovate.
