We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our for our Operations Department at Continente Modelo Centro Norte, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou! 
 
We count on you to…

• Support store teams by training and assisting in the implementation and monitoring of operational processes;
• Produce and analyze management information to provide reliable data on business performance, enabling operational control and supporting decision-making;
• Monitor key commercial action indicators to identify opportunities that enhance sales and profitability.

So, bring with you…

• A higher education degree, preferably in Engineering, Management, or Economics;
• Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of Microstrategy or Power BI;
• Strong training and team support skills;
• Experience in store operations is a plus;
• Practical experience in PowerApps, Power Automate, and SharePoint is valued;
• Analytical and communication skills;
• Autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility;
• Availability to travel frequently to Continente Modelo stores in the Centro and Norte regions.
