We are looking for a TRAFFIC TEAM LEADER for our LOGISTICS team in MAIA and we believe we will be #betterwithyou

 

Every day, our Logistics supplies Portugal. The warehouse teams receive products from suppliers and separate orders destined for stores or customers across the country. A process that happens quickly, safely, and with advanced technology.

 

Know your main challenges...

 

Operational Coordination: Ensure that the traffic team's processes are being followed, ensuring efficiency and responding to operational needs.
Resource Coordination and Management of Leadership: Work together with other leaders to ensure the necessary resources for the plan's fulfillment and ensure the achievement of service levels.
Dealing with different stakeholders: You will deal with different leaders, as well as contact other sectors of the organization, drivers, and handle disputes from carriers.
Perform Human Resources and indicator management processes: According to the company's standards for the entire team, in addition to managing cost indicators (efficiency) and NS (effectiveness).
Knowledge in continuous improvement: You will play an important role in participating in projects involving logistics operations, collaborating in identifying and implementing continuous improvement actions.

Educational Qualifications: We value higher education in Management or Logistics;
Empathy: You will be working with a new team, and your ability to understand and connect with colleagues will be essential to build trust relationships.
Availability: Our warehouses operate continuously, in three shifts, so availability for different schedules is essential. Additionally, be available to work on weekends, holidays, and rotating days off.
Knowledge of the Office package: Technology will be an important part of your work, requiring the use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
