We are looking for a Tech Stream Lead to join our Retail Tech team, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!
We count on you to…
• Lead development teams (internal and external), fostering alignment, motivation, and continuous growth
• Manage technology partners and vendors, ensuring quality, adherence to standards, and contract governance
• Define and implement engineering practices (CI/CD, testing, code review, observability), promoting AI coding and automation in the SDLC
• Manage capacity, priorities, and roadmap, ensuring timely delivery while anticipating risks and dependencies
• Define the stream architecture, ensuring scalability, robustness, integration, and technological evolution
• Lead technology transformation initiatives with business impact
• Manage the IT budget, including projects, sourcing, and licensing
• Manage stakeholders, translating technical topics into business language and influencing decisions based on technical trade-offs
Therefore, you bring with you…
• Degree in IT or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in IT, with technical leadership and end-to-end delivery in complex environments
• Experience managing complex initiatives with multiple dependencies and stakeholders
• Ability to define and validate scalable and integrable solution architectures
• Experience managing internal, external teams and partners
• Strong command of Agile methodologies in demanding environments
• Experience with AI coding tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor) and an AI-first mindset
• Strong analytical skills, communication, and ability to bridge technology and business
• Autonomy, results orientation, integrity, and ability to manage expectations
• Technological curiosity
• Fluent English
• Availability to work in a DevOps model, including on-call rotation
