We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the MC Digital PMO team, with a strong analytical mindset, cross-functional vision, and the ability to connect processes, teams, and systems. This role is essential to ensure consistent operating models, information quality, efficiency, and process maturity in project and portfolio management at MC Digital.
You will be responsible for…
- Supporting the lifecycle of MC Digital projects, ensuring consistency, rigor, and alignment.
- Ensuring and evolving project management methodologies, standards, and operating models.
- Maintaining and improving templates, workflows, and processes supporting portfolio and capacity management.
- Monitoring critical portfolio information and ensuring data quality and reliability.
- Acting as the functional administrator and point of contact for JIRA, including:
- Support for teams and functional administrators
- Validation and continuous improvement of information
- Tool evolution and promotion of best practices
- Increasing team adoption and maturity
- Acting as a human interface between business, technology, and teams, facilitating communication and alignment.
- Promoting efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement, evangelizing best practices.
- Supporting planning, prioritization, and investment forums, ensuring consolidated and up-to-date data.
What we expect you to bring…
- Degree in Management, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent;
- Knowledge of data analytics, advanced analytics, and business intelligence;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office productivity tools, especially Excel;
- Experience with JIRA (preferred);
- Strong organizational skills;
- High sense of responsibility and autonomy;
- Team spirit;
- Passion for technology;
- Adaptability, flexibility, and resilience to work under pressure;
- Ability to multitask;
- Analytical profile, fact-based and people-focused;
- Commitment to continuous learning;
- Ability to build relationships with different stakeholders at various organizational levels, easily connecting with others;

- High attention to detail and strong ability to quickly assimilate, organize, and synthesize complex information;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms;
- Fluency in English, written and spoken;
- Knowledge of the project management lifecycle;
- Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to more efficient processes;
- Ability to integrate diverse information and work with a holistic view of MC Digital;
- Fluency in English.
