We are looking for a Business Analyst Coordinator for the Accounting Business Solutions RPA team, and we believe we are #betterwithyou!
We count on you to…
- Coordinate, support, and develop the RPA Business Analysts team, fostering a collaborative environment of continuous learning and high performance;
- Plan and prioritize the team’s automation backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals;
- Gather, analyze, and validate functional requirements for RPA solutions, ensuring accurate translation of business needs into efficient automations;
- Act as a bridge between business areas, the RPA technical team, and stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication;
- Oversee the design and optimization of end-to-end processes, identifying automation and continuous improvement opportunities;
- Ensure functional quality of automations, from design phase through testing and solution delivery;
- Monitor deadlines, SLAs, and performance indicators for RPA solutions;
- Contribute to defining standards, best practices, and governance for the RPA function.

- Higher education, preferably in Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or Economics;
- Experience in functional analysis;
- Team management experience (preferred);
- Strong leadership, organizational, and collaborative skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Problem-solving and process optimization mindset;
- Proactivity, autonomy, and sense of responsibility.
