We are looking for a Business Analyst Coordinator for the Accounting Business Solutions RPA team, and we believe we are #betterwithyou!  

We count on you to…

• Coordinate, support, and develop the RPA Business Analysts team, fostering a collaborative environment of continuous learning and high performance;
• Plan and prioritize the team’s automation backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals;
• Gather, analyze, and validate functional requirements for RPA solutions, ensuring accurate translation of business needs into efficient automations;
• Act as a bridge between business areas, the RPA technical team, and stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication;
• Oversee the design and optimization of end-to-end processes, identifying automation and continuous improvement opportunities;
• Ensure functional quality of automations, from design phase through testing and solution delivery;
• Monitor deadlines, SLAs, and performance indicators for RPA solutions;
• Contribute to defining standards, best practices, and governance for the RPA function.

• Higher education, preferably in Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or Economics;
• Experience in functional analysis;
• Team management experience (preferred);
• Strong leadership, organizational, and collaborative skills;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Problem-solving and process optimization mindset;
