This person’s mission will be to challenge the organization and support the definition of its strategy with disruptive solutions, participating in key projects that can redesign the company’s future; mobilize the organization around the strategic direction, monitoring its execution, and managing the relationship with various stakeholders throughout the year.

• Market and competition trend analysis for creating decision-making support content;
• Development of diagnostics, business potential evaluation, and support in defining strategic priorities;
• Support in the development of medium- to long-term strategic and financial plans;
• Coordination of the implementation process for projects and strategic initiatives (PMO);
• Support for business units in preparing the annual business review.

• Professional experience in strategic consulting or within a central strategy team at a large company - a practical and applicable understanding of large-scale operations that adds value in understanding complex corporate environments is essential.
• Experience in coordinating and executing complex projects with demanding delivery timelines - a critical skill to ensure that strategic proposals and solutions are implemented within defined timelines, maintaining the required quality.
• In-depth knowledge of MS Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel - essential tools for creating and presenting analyses and strategic reports in a visually appealing and understandable way.
• Experience with Big Data Analytics software, e.g., Python (a plus) - highly valued, as it enables handling large volumes of data, automating analyses, and implementing advanced data analysis techniques to generate deeper, more informed insights.
• The ability to think in a structured, conceptual, and analytical manner, using quantitative analyses.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, applied in document creation and productive engagement with people from different functions and hierarchies - vital to ensure that strategies and analyses are understood and executed effectively.
