We are looking for a Regional Operations Coordinator for our E-Commerce team and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!

  • Planning area activities and supervising instore operation flows;
  • Monitoring defined objectives and procedures, ensuring their compliance;
  • Promoting an integrated management of employees and available technical resources to maximize e-commerce operations productivity; 
  • Meeting operational plans and defined customer service levels.

  • Higher Education in Economics/Management/Industrial Management- Essential for understanding and optimizing operational processes and strategies;
  • Previous experience in managing operations teams- Fundamental for effectively leading the team and ensuring operational efficiency;
  • Knowledge in the food retail sector- Important for applying sector-specific practices and improving instore operations;
  • Excellent team management skills- Necessary for motivating, coordinating, and developing the team;
  • Strong proactivity and responsibility- Crucial for anticipating challenges;
  • Initiative, dynamism, critical thinking- Essential for innovating, improving processes, and solving problems;
