- Ensure the compliance with Human Resources procedures in the store, at the administrative level, recruitment and selection, training, health and safety at work;
- Monitor the well-being of our teams;
- Support the stores in your geographical area with all people management processes.
So, bring with you...
- A degree, preferably in Human Resources or Psychology – Important to have a solid knowledge base in the field and provide adequate support for HR functions;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Essential for performing administrative tasks;
- Good communication skills and a passion for business-facing roles – Essential for building strong relationships with employees and store teams, promoting a collaborative environment;
- A driver’s license and availability for travel – Important to ensure presence and support for teams at various stores within the assigned geographic area.
