You will be responsible for...

• Managing and coordinating store departments and operational teams.
• Leading, motivating, and developing teams to ensure an efficient daily operation.
• Planning and organizing resources, priorities, and activities.
• Ensuring the excellent performance of departments and service quality.
• Maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety.
• Contributing to process improvement and operational excellence.
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Analyzing key performance indicators, including sales, shrinkage, and stock levels, and implementing actions to improve results.

• Higher education degree.
