We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our Elergone team, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!

This opportunity is to join our Innovation team, focusing on advanced data analytics and the development of data-driven solutions to support decision-making and/or the automated management of energy assets. We are tackling the challenge of modeling and optimizing the energy management of buildings with PV generation, storage systems, electric mobility, thermal loads, energy price signals, and other related variables.

• Analyze, organize, and extract relevant information from multiple data sources;
• Develop and implement data processing models, algorithms, and tools;
• Create innovative data-driven energy solutions and services;
• Support solution design and requirements gathering with multidisciplinary teams;
• Produce indicators and metrics that support business decision-making;
• Identify improvement opportunities through data analysis and process automation.

Bring with you...

• A degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field;
• Experience in data analysis and processing, as well as programming, namely experience with Python, SQL, databases, and data integration, applied to the analysis, treatment, and enhancement of information to support business needs;
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking;
• Autonomy, accountability, and results orientation;
• Proactivity and teamwork skills;
• Knowledge of the electricity/energy sector is valued;
• Fluency in Portuguese and knowledge of English (preferred).
