We are looking for a Senior Management Controller to join our Planning & Management Control team, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!

 
We count on you to…

• Monitor business performance, ensuring a critical and continuous analysis of available information, including sales, profitability, and key operational indicators;
• Develop regular analyses of the business portfolio, identifying trends and monitoring financial performance in collaboration with business teams;
• Work closely with commercial and operational teams, ensuring alignment and supporting decision-making;
• Support the definition, implementation, and monitoring of KPIs across different business units;
• Prepare regular reporting, ensuring the delivery of relevant insights;
• Promote continuous improvement in the quality of financial information and reporting processes, ensuring reliable and timely data;
• Coordinate the budgeting process, forecasts, and business plans, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

So, bring with you…

• Degree in Management, Economics, or fields with a strong analytical/financial focus;
• Experience in management control, business analysis, consulting, or similar roles;
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking in evaluating assumptions, variances, and trends;
• Experience monitoring financial and operational KPIs;
• Ability to translate data into meaningful business insights;
• Proactive attitude and ease of interaction with different areas of the organization;
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and dynamism;
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, namely Excel, SQL, and Power BI (or MicroStrategy).
