We are looking for a Business Analyst & Advisor to join our Assortment CoE team in Carnaxide, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!

You will join a team working in partnership with commercial and operations areas, supporting MC in developing customer-centric assortments, and in streamlining and standardising processes related to space and assortment review and maintenance.

We count on you...

• Supporting the definition of assortment and space strategy across different stores and product categories;
• Anticipating and interpreting market trends and developing insights;
• Monitoring key performance indicators (e.g. sales, margin, market share);
• Applying data analysis techniques and carrying out analyses to support strategic projects;
• Managing projects and initiatives from concept through to implementation and communication of results;
• Communicating analytical solutions to stakeholders and implementing improvements where needed.

So, bring with you:

• Degree in Engineering, Economics, Management or Mathematics;
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in retail, FMCG or consulting;
• Proficiency in English;
• Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
• Knowledge of SQL and Python is a plus;
• Strong organisational and communication skills;
• Proactivity;
• Critical thinking;
• Analytical mindset.
