We are looking for a Process Analyst – Supply Chain to join the Supply Chain & Logistics area, in Carnaxide, and we truly believe we will be #betterwithyou! 

We count on you to…

• Ensuring the follow-up and proper implementation of tools and processes across the Supply Chain, promoting adoption and operational effectiveness;
• Coordinating and monitoring the rollout of new solutions across different teams, ensuring alignment and consistency;
• Developing training materials and delivering training sessions to end users, acting as a reference point for questions, best practices, and ongoing support;
• Supporting the creation of reports and dashboards that enable informed decision-making and track the progress of initiatives;
• Validating the adoption levels of implemented solutions and responding to operational questions from teams;
• Assessing existing processes, identifying optimization opportunities, and proposing sustainable and scalable improvements. 

So, bring with you…

•  A university degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience, with experience in consulting or transformation projects considered a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude towards identifying needs and proposing solutions.
• The ability to prepare clear, structured, and impactful presentations.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, along with the ability to learn new analytical tools.
• Knowledge of SQL (Databricks and Python are valued).
• The ability to collaborate and interact effectively with different teams.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Dynamism, versatility, and excellent communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and a critical mindset focused on continuous improvement.
