- A degree in Audiology – This is a mandatory requirement, as we believe in the value of specialized training to offer the very best to our customers.
- Customer focus – We are looking for professionals who are genuinely focused on understanding customer needs and proposing solutions that improve their experience and quality of life.
- Effective communication skills – You will be the audiology specialist our customers rely on. The ability to listen, explain, and guide is essential to building trust and comfort.

- Availability for varied schedules – Retail requires flexibility. We value availability to work different schedules, including weekends, to ensure we are always ready to serve our customers.
- Availability for geographical mobility – In some cases, supporting other stores in the region or special events may be necessary, making mobility an important advantage.
- Driving licence – You will have visits and consultations across several stores, so mobility is essential.
