Continente Online is our online shop, where our customers have the same shopping experience as at physical Continente stores, from the comfort of their homes. We rely on a team that makes everything happen, to ensure the pace and flow of operations.

Order Preparation
Our Order Preparation team picks the items ordered by customers via the Continente Online website. Based on this picking process, our team invoices the products, and packs them for home delivery, or in-store collection. -
Team Leadership
Our leaders supervise teams and monitor their performance indicators, to ensure the efficient execution of all operational procedures. In their day-to-day activities, they participate actively in the strategic planning of activities and resource allocation. -
There are two order preparation roles
Continente Online teams work in-store, picking orders directly in shops open to the public.They also work in a darkstore, which are that are closed to the public, and organised like a warehouse.
