Your Responsibilities
Customer Service: Offer a unique and welcoming experience to our customers, meeting their expectations and needs with friendly support.
Visual Merchandising: Follow Visual Merchandising guidelines to ensure that products are attractively and accessibly displayed, creating an enjoyable and intuitive in-store experience.
Store Operations: Support daily store tasks, including cash register operation, merchandise reception and verification, shelf restocking, and general store upkeep to ensure a well-organized and efficient space.
Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of store products, including features, uses, and benefits, to provide informed and personalized customer assistance, helping them make the best choices.
Store Performance Contribution: Stay informed of store performance indicators, such as sales goals and customer satisfaction, and actively contribute to achieving targets, suggesting improvements, and adjusting performance when needed.
 

What You Bring
Education: High school diploma or higher education (preferred) with a strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Customer Orientation: Passion for customer service with the drive to exceed expectations, helping customers find what they need and creating a pleasant shopping experience.
Experience in Similar Roles: Prior experience in sales, customer service, or merchandising is a plus, facilitating a smooth transition into this role and faster adaptation to store operations.
Schedule Flexibility: Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet store needs and provide the best experience for our customers.
