We are looking for a Health & Safety Technician for our Occupational Health and Safety team in the VISEU and BEIRAS area, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!
Reporting to the Occupational Health & Safety Area Coordinator, this person will be responsible for carrying out activities that ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety legislation, contributing to the physical and psychological well-being of employees in their workplace.
We are counting on you to…
- Develop professional risk assessment processes;
- Monitor the implementation of corrective measures and prevention/protection activities against occupational health and safety risks;
- Collaborate in information and training processes for workers and other stakeholders in the workplace;
- Conduct health and safety audits in various business units;
- Plan and carry out emergency drills in different business units;
- Prepare Self-Protection Measures and monitor the implementation of existing ones;
- Monitor the coordination of work carried out by service provider companies;
- Develop the company’s relationships with official institutions;
- Collaborate in identifying and implementing legal obligations in the field of occupational hygiene and safety;
- Ensure the organization of the documentation required for prevention management within the company.
