We are looking for a TEAM LEADER to join our LOGISTICS team in VILA NOVA DA RAINHA — and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou

Every day, our Logistics team supplies Portugal. The warehouse teams receive goods from suppliers and prepare orders for stores or customers across the country. A process that happens quickly, safely, and with the support of advanced technology.

Get to know your main challenges:

Operational Supervision and Coordination: You will supervise all activities related to the team of operators under your responsibility.
Working effectively in demanding and high-pressure environments, while keeping the focus on results and your team.
Team Support and Motivation: You’ll support employees in their practical training, answering questions and motivating them to perform at their best. Your presence will be essential in fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Participation in Continuous Improvement Projects: You’ll play an important role in logistics-related projects, helping to identify and implement continuous improvement actions.
Performance Indicators: Monitor and analyse performance indicators, propose and implement corrective actions; ensure that defined objectives and KPIs are met (efficiency, productivity, quality, etc.).

Bring with you…

Academic Qualifications: We value higher education in Industrial Management Engineering or Logistics;

Previous experience managing operational teams, preferably in a logistics environment;

Strong analytical skills: ability to read, interpret and present performance indicators (KPIs), and analyse/build data using Excel (preferred);

High resilience and ability to perform under pressure in dynamic and demanding environments;

Critical thinking and strategic mindset applied to the optimisation of logistics processes;

Availability: Our warehouses operate continuously across three shifts, so availability for different working hours is essential.
