• Higher Education – We are looking for a solid foundation to understand management responsibilities and support store operations with an analytical and strategic perspective.
• Experience in Optics (Preferably).
• Team Management and Coordination – We believe a good manager is someone who inspires the team to succeed. We need someone who can align each team member’s goals with the store’s objectives, maximizing performance and well-being. Leadership is more than delegating tasks; it involves motivating and fostering a culture of collaboration, integrating the values and mission of Wells into every action.
• Customer Focus – Understanding and anticipating what our customers are looking for is essential. We want someone with strong commercial awareness, who can read the market and suggest actions that enhance the shopping experience and promote customer loyalty.
• Effective Communication Skills – Your communication is the bridge to excellent customer service and a cohesive team. The ability to listen, adapt, and convey information clearly is key to a positive work environment and customer satisfaction.
• Teamwork Mindset – We are looking for someone who understands the value of working together, supporting each team member so everyone can perform at their best. Promoting a spirit of mutual support is essential for a healthy work environment.
• Availability for Flexible Schedules – Working in retail requires flexibility. We value availability to work varied schedules, including weekends, to ensure we are always ready to serve our customers.
