We are looking for a HEALTH/OPTICS SALES ASSOCIATE for our Wells team in VILA NOVA DE SANTO ANDRÉ, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou.

• High school diploma (12th grade): This is the minimum educational requirement we value, ensuring that you have the necessary foundation to develop your skills.
• Customer service focus: It is important that you can identify opportunities and offer the best solutions to our customers. If you find it easy to interact with the public and are goal-oriented, this trait is essential.
• Effective communication skills: You will be the direct point of contact with our customers, so the ability to communicate clearly, empathetically, and effectively is essential. It is important that you can listen to customers’ needs and explain the best options in a simple and understandable way.
• Organization and attention to detail: In a work environment where product management and customer service are fundamental, organization is a key skill. You will be responsible for managing your time and tasks efficiently to ensure that customers always have a positive shopping experience.
