We are looking for a MEAT CUTTER for our E-Talho team located at SOHI in SANTARÉM and we believe we will be #betterwithyou

Mission:
Cut and prepare orders for Continente Online

Responsibilities:
• Execute the reception and organization of goods following FEFO (i.e., first expire, first out);
• Ensure correct traceability in the reception of goods and the congruence between what is received and what is shipped;
• Ensure correct labeling of products, always validating the respective traceabilities and filling out the labeling record;
• Perform cutting and packaging of raw materials according to the technical sheet or respecting customer notes to ensure their satisfaction;
• Handle raw materials correctly to ensure proper stowage (i.e., percentage of breakage associated with product handling) to reduce breakage;
• Prepare orders within the scheduled times to meet the logistics vehicle loading schedules;
• Comply with the requirements defined in this function manual regarding food safety, occupational safety and health, and environmental aspects related to your function.
