With a team of over 650 employees, we ensure daily deliveries to our stores. Committed to safety, well-being, quality, sustainability, and continuous improvement, SOHI processes high-quality beef, pork, and lamb in pre-packaged formats.

On a daily basis, you will be challenged to:

•    Training: You will be tasked with providing ongoing training to the team, ensuring that all employees are well-prepared for their roles. Training will include not only technical aspects related to operations but also best practices in safety and quality.
•    Receiving and Stocking Materials: You will ensure that the materials and ingredients necessary for daily operations are received on time and always in stock. This responsibility is crucial to ensure the continuity of production and the quality of our products.
•    Delay Reporting: You will monitor and report any delays in receiving and stocking materials. Effective communication with suppliers and internal teams will be key to quickly resolving issues that may affect production.
•    Conducting Inventories: You will be responsible for conducting regular inventories, ensuring strict control of stocks.
•    Loading and Unloading Management: You should manage and supervise all loading and unloading operations, ensuring that these are carried out safely and efficiently, minimizing any impact on workflow.
•    Continuous Improvement: Your contribution to the continuous improvement of processes in your area of responsibility will be valued. You will be encouraged to identify areas that can be optimized and propose innovative solutions.

•    Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills: You will need to communicate effectively with the team and other departments, creating a collaborative environment. Negotiation and conflict resolution skills will be a plus. A level of English that allows effective communication is necessary, as you will interact with suppliers and other departments.
•    Team Management Skills: Experience in leading and motivating teams is essential. Your ability to inspire confidence and direct efforts collectively will be vital for team performance.
