We are looking for a SHIFT MANAGER for our BAGGA team in FARO, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou.

 

 

We count on you to:
•    Operational Management: Ensure the daily and efficient operation of the café, from opening to closing, guaranteeing the execution of all necessary procedures.
•    Team Coordination: Organize and supervise the work team, distributing tasks and fostering a cooperative and motivated environment.
•    Excellence in Customer Service: Implement practices that deliver a high-level customer service experience, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
•    Quality Control and Procedures: Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards, keeping the café in accordance with regulations.

•    Affinity with the Restaurant and Café Sector: A genuine passion for the area and interaction with the public.
•    Previous Experience: Experience in team management and operation of café establishments is valued.
•    Leadership Skills: Ability to coordinate and motivate the team, with a strong focus on results and quality.
•    Knowledge of Office Tools and Winrest: Experience with these tools is advantageous for efficient registration and operational management.
•    Minimum Education: Completed 12th grade.
