What are we looking for?

A LINE LEADER WAREHOUSE (M/F) for our SOHI team in Santarém, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou

What will your day look like...

• Ensure compliance with Safety standards, Good Manufacturing Practices, and Good Hygiene Practices on the line;
• Monitor the operation of the automated warehouse, the teams’ activities, and the correct use of the equipment available;
• Ensure the correct functioning of the warehouse, guaranteeing that the proposed objectives are achieved;
• Provide training to teams and ensure compliance with internal procedures;
• Measure and improve productivity, promoting Continuous Improvement.

• Minimum 12th grade education or relevant experience in the role;
• Computer skills at a user level (MS Office) and ERP systems;
• English language skills;
• Goal-oriented mindset and strong sense of responsibility;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and strong team spirit;

• Critical thinking and analytical skills;
• Team management skills.
