We are looking for a JUNIOR BUSINESS ANALYST for our SOHI team in Santarém, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou.
 

SOHI is the result of the joint venture between MC and Hilton Foods. It has been operating in Santarém since 2002 to provide fresh pre-packaged meats. With a team of over 650 employees, we ensure daily deliveries to our stores. Committed to safety, well-being, quality, sustainability, and continuous improvement, SOHI processes high-quality beef, pork, and lamb in pre-packaged formats.
 

As a Junior Business Analyst, you will face various challenges:
•    Pricing Definition: Perform the marking and management of purchase and sales prices in the ERP system, ensuring proper stock valuation and minimizing disputes with suppliers and customers.
•    Breakage Analysis: Monitor and identify breakages in the process, reporting any deviations to area leadership to drive operational improvements.
•    Indicator Management: Calculate, update, and disseminate relevant operational indicators, facilitating informed decision-making in various areas.
•    Procedure Auditing: Conduct audits of operational processes, verifying compliance with standards and procedures, as well as identifying areas for improvement.
•    Data Creation and Validation: Develop master data, including the creation of item codes in the ERP and OMEGA, and validate the entry of new customers and suppliers, ensuring compliance with legal and operational requirements.
•    Updating the Breakdown Matrix: Parameterize and maintain the Breakdown Matrix in the Foods Connected system, updating data to ensure effective tracking of results.
•    Statistical Reporting: Prepare and respond to inquiries from the National Institute of Statistics, such as IPPI, IMPI, IAPI, IEGPA, and ICIT, ensuring compliance with all legal obligations.

•    Higher Education: A solid academic background will be an asset for understanding business processes and for critically analyzing data, allowing for a more significant contribution to the team.
•    Computer Skills: It is essential to have a solid command of MS Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as these will be fundamental for data analysis, reporting, and presentations. Knowledge of Management ERP systems is also important, as it will facilitate effective process management and integration across the company's different areas. Familiarity with other data analysis tools, such as SQL or Power BI, will be considered an advantage.
•    Communication: This includes the ability to communicate clearly and assertively, both orally and in writing. Good communication is essential for team collaboration, allowing ideas to be shared and discussed openly. Fluency in English is highly valued, as it enables effective communication with international partners, as well as understanding technical documents and reports. The ability to express oneself clearly in English, both in writing and orally, is crucial for collaborating on global projects and participating in meetings with external stakeholders.
•    Goal Orientation: This goal orientation involves not only a strong sense of responsibility but also the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. It is essential that you have the capacity to set priorities, manage time effectively, and ensure that tasks are completed within established deadlines.
