We are looking for a PRODUCTION SUB-MANAGER for our SOHI team in Santarém and we believe we will be #betterwithyou

SOHI is the result of a joint venture between MC and Hilton Foods. Operating in Santarém since 2002, we supply fresh pre-packaged meats. With a team of over 650 employees, we guarantee daily deliveries to our stores. Committed to safety, well-being, quality, sustainability, and continuous improvement, SOHI processes high-quality beef, pork, and lamb in pre-packaged formats.

What you will do in your daily work:

Ensure compliance with Safety standards, Good Manufacturing Practices, and Good Hygiene Practices on the production line;

Control the operation of the production line, the operation of the teams, and the correct use of the equipment at your disposal;

Control daily production, ensuring the achievement of the proposed objectives; Provide training to the teams and ensure compliance with internal procedures;

Evaluate and improve line productivity, promoting Continuous Improvement.

Note: The work will be carried out in a refrigerated environment, therefore you must be prepared to work in controlled temperature conditions.

Education: Completed 12th grade or Bachelor's degree

Experience in a Manufacturing Environment: We value previous experience in a manufacturing environment, although it is not a mandatory requirement.

Responsible Conduct: We are looking for someone with responsible, diligent, and punctual conduct, who understands the importance of regularity at work.

Availability: You must be available to work shifts, including weekends. The main shifts are: 4 PM - 1 AM

Immediate Availability: We are looking for someone who can start working immediately.

Goal Orientation: You must have a strong focus on results and a high sense of responsibility, committing to achieving team goals.

Teamwork Ability: Collaboration is fundamental, so it is important to have the ability to work in a team and help colleagues whenever necessary.
