We are looking for a PRODUCTION/DISPATCH OPERATOR to join our SOHI team in Santarém, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou.

SOHI is the result of a joint venture between MC and Hilton Foods. Operating in Santarém since 2002, it supplies pre-packaged fresh meats. With a team of over 650 employees, we ensure daily deliveries to our stores. Committed to safety, well-being, quality, sustainability, and continuous improvement, SOHI processes high-quality beef, pork, and lamb in pre-packaged formats.

Your day-to-day will involve:
Packaging: Perform packaging tasks and other auxiliary activities on the production line, ensuring products are packaged safely and efficiently.
Storage and Order Preparation: You’ll be responsible for proper product storage and order preparation, ensuring all orders are processed accurately.
Goods Dispatch: Participate in the dispatch of goods, ensuring products are shipped to clients within established timeframes.
Note: The work will take place in a refrigerated environment, so you should be prepared to work in controlled temperature conditions.

Mandatory Minimum Education: Basic education is an essential requirement.
Experience in an Industrial Environment: Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is valued, although not mandatory.
Responsible Conduct: We are looking for someone with responsible conduct, reliability, and punctuality, who understands the importance of consistency at work.
Availability to Work Shifts: You must be available to work in shifts, including weekends. Main shift hours are:
   07h-16h
   16h-01h
   21h-06h
Immediate Availability: We are looking for someone who can start working immediately.
Goal Orientation: You should have a strong focus on results and a high sense of responsibility, committed to achieving team goals.
Teamwork Ability: Collaboration is key, so it’s important to have the ability to work in a team and assist colleagues whenever necessary.
