We are looking for a New Product Developer Technician to join our SOHI team in Santarém, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou.

SOHI is the result of a joint venture between MC and Hilton Foods. Operating in Santarém since 2002, it supplies pre-packed fresh meat. With a team of over 650 employees, we ensure daily deliveries to our stores. Committed to safety, well-being, quality, sustainability, and continuous improvement, SOHI processes high-quality beef, pork, and lamb in pre-packed formats.

As a New Product Developer Technician, your challenges will include:

Participating in the development of new concepts.

Reviewing and requesting ingredient technical sheets, calculating, and documenting allowable variability for each item.

Preparing and carrying out product trials.

Managing technical documentation.

Researching new ingredients and product trends.

Updating the foodconnected_workflow platform.

Preparing and sending samples to laboratories.

Supporting product launches.
