We count on you to…
Support and develop the checkout operators team;
Supervise the checkout process operationally and procedurally;
Ensure the implementation of operational processes and contribute to their optimization;
Coordinate the central checkout and ensure customer service standards.
So, bring with you…
High school diploma (12th grade) or higher;
Professional experience in the area is valued – it allows you to demonstrate practical knowledge of checkout operations, customer service, and financial process management;
Team management skills – reflecting the ability to motivate, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts, which are essential for maintaining productivity and a positive work environment;
Proficiency in Office tools from a user perspective – essential for administrative tasks such as report creation, schedule organization, and team communication.
